Kick Start Your Regulatory Affairs Career In Long Beach
RAPS is pleased to continue the support of student career development and advancement once again this year at RAPS Convergence 2024 in Long Beach.
Launched in 2022, this ongoing initiative provides a unique and supportive platform for those in regulatory education programs to learn, share, and engage at the largest conference dedicated to healthcare regulatory professionals.
Student Initiatives & Opportunities
Student Ambassadors Program
Eligible students are invited to apply for the role of ambassador at Convergence. Ambassadors will assist as room monitors and greeters for half a day during the event. In return, they will receive free admission to the main conference, recognition onsite, and special items to honor their contributions.
A limited number of ambassador spots are available.
Deadline to Apply: Wednesday, 1 May 2024
Student Travel Stipend
Students currently enrolled in university and lacking employer support for travel can apply for a $250 stipend. This stipend aims to offset hotel and airfare costs for attending the conference. Stipends will be awarded after Convergence upon documentation submitted by students.
A limited number of stipends are available.
Deadline to Apply: Wednesday, 1 May 2024
Student Capstone Showcase & Poster Submissions
Ten (10) selected students may present key findings from their capstone. Ten more may showcase a convention poster. These students will receive free conference registration.
Available to recent graduates (within one year) who have completed their capstone project.

Student One-Day Registration - $115
With a one-day registration, you can enjoy the same access on the day of your choice.
Preconference workshops and special events require separate registration and fees.
