The RAPS Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is the only leadership program dedicated to regulatory professionals like you, that combines regulatory experts with faculty from one of the most prestigious business schools in the United States.

Advance registration is required by 5 May 2023 for the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management; onsite registrations are not accepted. Space is incredibly limited, so participants are encouraged to register early.
Kellogg's COVID-19 Policy
Participants in Kellogg’s Executive Development program are no longer required to complete COVID-19 testing prior to arriving on campus. Masks are welcome but not required.
We recommend that participants please take a rapid test before traveling. If you feel unwell before traveling, please take a rapid test, and stay home if you test positive for COVID-19. If you feel unwell during the program, please take a COVID-19 test. If you test positive for COVID-19 after arriving at Kellogg, you will need to withdraw from the program and check out of the Allen Center. The RAPS and Kellogg teams will work together, and if possible, will move your registration to the next program.
Kellogg will continue to monitor all CDC guidelines and may adjust our requirements if conditions change. More information can be found on the Kellogg COVID-19 Safety Plans website.
Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@raps.org. Cancellation requests received by Friday, 5 May 2023 will receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after 5 May 2023 will be non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. RAPS is unable to accept cancellations by phone. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Substitutions
Paid registration substitutions may be accepted with written approval from RAPS for requests received before the start of the event. To transfer a registration, email support@raps.org with the event title, name of the original registrant and the contact information for the new attendee.
Meeting Cancellation: RAPS reserves the right to cancel any program at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. RAPS is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a cancellation, including travel and lodging.
Kellogg’s Solution and Instructional Methodology
Kellogg will develop a learning program that may include classroom sessions built around faculty lectures and experiential learning including cases, discussions, simulations, group analysis, team presentations and action learning (application of knowledge gained in the program to the participants’ professional issues).

Program Delivery Fee Includes
- All program instruction; related services of the faculty Academic Director and Program Manager; pre-program mailings; program materials, including binders, books, course packets of articles and cases, and class handouts; classroom and breakout room facilities at the Allen Center.
- Lodging, meals, and social hours at the Allen Center.
- If lodging space is not available at the Allen Center, Kellogg will provide accommodation at local hotels. In this case, Kellogg will provide transportation between the Allen Center and the local hotel.
- Kellogg’s administrative and logistical support (including program enrollment and registration) both prior to and during the running of each course.
- Access to the Sports Pavilion Aquatics Center (SPAC).
Additional Charges Not Included in Program Delivery Fee
- Early arrival and late departure fees (if applicable) will be billed per participant at $350 per night (includes accommodations and meals).
- Participants are billed individually for incidental personal expenses.
- Dinner, entertainment outings, and site visits outside of the Allen Center and/or transportation.
- Parking fees on Northwestern University’s campus will be charged to participants.
