RAPS Workshop: Talking to Decision Makers: What to Say and How to Say It

Interactions with company executives are essential opportunities for regulatory professionals at any career stage. Are you prepared to make the most of them?

Mastering the art of clear and succinct communication with executives is not just a professional advantage, it's a career accelerator. This skill not only improves your work efficiency, but also increases your chances of promotions and outstanding performance reviews.

During this high-energy, interactive virtual program, you will learn how to prepare for interactions with the C-suite. You will gain the tools to describe an issue in 30 seconds using the “What”, “So What”, “Now What” pattern, and you will have the chance to practice applying these concepts with other attendees to ensure you’re ready to apply them at your job the very next day.

This workshop is part of the RAPS Certificate in Effective Communication. Complete all five workshops to get an education in the key elements of regulatory communication — with a certificate to prove it!
